About the Project
Where it all began: our very first project.
Pramila Apartments in Sambhaji Nagar, Kolhapur, is the first project delivered by Sai Developers, the company founded by Prakash Medshinge in 1979.
It set the approach the group still follows today: practical apartment layouts, sound construction and a straightforward relationship with the families who live there.
Sambhaji Nagar is an established residential locality of Kolhapur, close to everyday conveniences.
